Okay so my vacation went pretty good. I got to ride a moped around San Juan Island, I ate a delicious patty melt, I paid $40 for a ferry ride, and I got belched at by a hobo, who I was very surprised to see in such a high-class community. Picture if you will stepping into the gates of heaven, and the first thing you see is a dirty hobo that looks you in the eyes and tries to shout "Hey!" at you, but accidentally belches and farts at the same time, and then looks sheepishly at his feet. I also got to stay in a hotel room affectionately referred to as the "Skipjack," which was a room only slightly larger than a prison cell and just big enough to fit a king-sized bed in, normally priced at $108 a night (I got a good discount because it was the off-season). All in all it was a pretty relaxing trip. I spent a lot of time hiking out to secluded beaches and watching the sun set and/or rise and eating at a diverse array of restaurants that served different varieties of meat, cheese and ice cream. Now I'm going to just sit around and watch TV until I don't feel like it and I will go to bed.
